Tim Smith is a phenomenal lawyer. I would recommend him to anyone who has been hurt in a car accident. Him and his team are friendly and communicate quickly when i had many questions. They really work hard for their clients.

I live in Indiana and was involved in a car accident while visiting a relative of my best friend. It involved her vehicle, resulting in me suffering some injuries. Don and Rick came into the picture when I could get no help or response from her insurance company. Our dealings were all done by telephone, email and/or zoom. They both worked tirelessly to get resolution of my claim to my satisfaction. They were very prompt and were willing to answer all my questions.
