Im giving them 5 stars because I truly believe in rescue animals thats the only way I get a dog, found an almost identical match to my previous dog and I mean identical in mannerisms look acts etc my dog had cancer and passed it took a while almost a year but finally went and got a new dog Hes great plays well with my son whos 6 and very rough on everything (child) Anyways the person at the front was kind of . definitely not friendly but the girl who helped us get to know the dog was great! In my opinion dont mind the lady in front if shes not in the best of moods its worth checking the dogs/cats out to find a new friend

I took my female Pomeranian here on 02/05/2024 with sudden female problem. At the same time, I went ahead and had a thorough exam and rabies vaccine given; fir which I paid nearly $600.00 cash for before leaving. Later in the day, I got a call back with results; which one showed something on her stomach region. This ended with me scheduling an additional $90.00+ ultrasound @3:30 on the 02/07/2024. I arrived at the desk; where two females were supposedly working, to check in. Noone was in line when the girl with glasses took my name and got my papers in her hand, but a truck driver walked in and my sick pom and I were irrelevant until their business was handled. Then, she asked me to follow her to weigh Marla. Once again, we were irrelevant when the phone rang. I walked out nd will find a good and caring vet! This is the rudest and most unprofessional, veterinarian office; who puts animal health, priority, and treatment last, I have ever been to. They lost treating Marla and I regret them getting the large amount of cash I paid them for her first and last visit to this place.

Prescribed my cat urinary food to prevent crystals. After I moved and was in the process of changing vets would not provide re-up my prescription for even a month. Told me it was their policy.
