    The location does have easy interstate access. However, ALL shifts were very clear they either hate their job or think humanity is beneath them. While spoken words may have proper the tones and body language spoke volumes. Directly after checking in I fell outside and offered no assistance or asked if ok. The room initially looked clean and decent. However, within minutes the fridge made a noise I have never heard before that was constant and crazy loud. Fine I can unplug and fix that issue. Then I realized how badly my knee was injured & attempted to call the office- no answer. Not wanting to hobble downstairs and not being in a doordash vicinity for bandages to be brought I tried to shower to clean the wound. Minimal water pressure and the closer to the faucet the weaker the tub base felt. Truly thought I'd meet the downstairs neighbors in a drop down way. The shower was not clean and had hair on the ceiling. The floor by the window had a Hershey wrapping from a previous guest which made me question housekeeping requirements. Between being injured, having safety, cleanliness, and maintenance problems I would never return or recommend this location. For $125 for a single night I have stayed in better places for much less.

    Stayed here a couple nights while visiting family starting on a Friday. Picked this hotel based on the continental breakfast and closeness to the highway. Upon check-in, I was greeted, and information was verified. They received payment in full for a check-out on Sunday. $100 deposit was held for the duration of my stay, which was understandable. However, before leaving, I once again verified that they had my checkout as being Sunday, and they reply was yes. However, that was not the case. I was locked out on Saturday at noon. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware of this until Saturday at midnight when I tried to return to my room after a long day. So I had to go and get my key reactivated. This is why I verified my check out in the beginning, in fear this would happen. The room was in immediate need of renovations. There was dust everywhere, the seal of the door was in the condition as if it had been broken down a few times, its not safe, instead of a fire/smoke alarm there was a hole in the wall where it once was and the sheets where stained. I actually stayed in this hotel around the same time last year, and the staff seemed to be more accommodating, but there looked to be new management this year. Continental breakfast consisted of waffles, cereal, bagels, sausage links, microwaved eggs, biscuits w/gravy, juice, and coffee. As a long-term Sam's Club member, I can tell that they shopped there as well. So, no complaints there.

    Did not fulfill the Quality inn brand. Was disappointed that updates had not taken place, like a chair that had faded/scratch marks on it from use. I wouldn't sit in it! Breakfast was nice and beds were comfortable.
