        You cannot get through on the phone to a branch or hardly to a human... Nina was rude, and she told me I would have to call the branch to discuss what I needed. Then told me the exact phone number I had called...?...to the branch I had just called? I'm out. Then she got even ruder. Wow. Customer lost. Then Lisa was not very pleasant when I actually got a random person on the phone. I'm still out.
