        Worst bank to get loans from you can't even pay online . Also the lady that was running the drive threw today 1-8-2024 @ 8:30 is not friendly at all . I wouldn't suggest this bank to anyone .. go to generations bank !! Way better service and loan options! It is obvious by the other reviews that they have a issue with bad attitudes and customer service you would think they would fix that ! Please make your drive threw people more friendly !!

        Ended up closing my bank account because of how rude they are. They treat young people disrespectfully and dont know how to offer any kind of customer service. I hate having to call them about issues because im always met with rude people.

        7820 Rogers Ave Farmers Bank, the workers are RUDE. I think they need to be replaced with someone that is experienced with good customer service skills.
