Melton's Renovations

I'm super disappointed with Melton's Renovations in Fort Smith, Arkansas. We had a consultation for a total home renovation on January 25, 2020 and was told we'd get the final estimate in three weeks. Fast forward to today, March 7, 2020 and one unanswered text later and I finally received a response, which was:"I'm gonna pass sorry have family issues going on."I think this is highly unprofessional and I'm not sure why I couldn't have been informed three weeks ago when I sent my first follow up message. In my opinion this is bad business and I'd suggest no one do business with this company.

ZERO STARS! Horrible Customer Service - I called to get a quote for a client of mine. The gentleman who answered the phone said they were backed up for three months, and asked if it was a problem. I told him I wasn't sure, and asked if they could just do a quote. He stated that he wouldn't want to waste his time if I couldn't wait. With that I kindly hung up. That was such a horrible first impression. I wouldn't want to hire somebody who didn't want to take the time to even come out and look!
