super recommend . I have medical issues and Went to the fort smith location and has to get wisdom teeth removal due to impaction the staff was wonderful and helpful especially with patients with anxiety. the produce was quick and painless and I wasnt even sedated. 100/100 would let them yank and drill teeth out again. My nurse for the procedure went above and beyond and my doctor was dr.Ashburanner

Great experience. I went for a consultation, and eventually implant surgery. Upon entering the office, I noticed it was quite busy. I was greeted promptly, and with courtesy. The forms were explained to me, and upon completion had a short wait to see the Doctor. Doctor Ashabranner, acted professionally and explained the procedure thoroughly. He generally seemed excited about answering my questions. The out of pocket cost were explained, and surgery was scheduled. I left feeling very confident about my decision. The office team reached out to me a week, and two days before my appointment, to make sure I knew what to expect. The morning of my surgery, I was not so confident. I walked in feeling nervous, and was greeted promptly again. After a short wait I was called back. (Trigger ominous music). It went from good to great when I reached the room. RDA Jessica was friendly, bubbly, caring and very competent. I mentioned my nerves and she kicked it into high gear, I seriously can not praise her enough. I was told everything I needed to know for the post op. Dr. Ashabranner came in like the pro he is. Told me everything he was about to do, and then did it with precision. Once again, he generally seemed excited and happy to help. I believe he loves his job, and his patients. The work has been great so far, a little sore, but nothing like I thought it would. Thank you guys, you are the best. If you made it through this review, and are looking for an oral surgeon. Look no farther than this clinic.

My mom was seen on October 6th for 4 teeth to be extracted. She has multiple health issues and is on oxygen. She had just been discharged from the hospital and had not regained her strength back. I was very concerned about her having the procedure and had many questions. From the very first phone call to the last email, Erin was extremely considerate and understanding to my mothers needs. When we arrived for her appointment, we were greeted and assisted by a wonderful young man who helped my mom into a wheelchair and took her inside. The Lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Moms dental assistant/nurse was perfect in every way and accommodating to my moms needs! I think her name was Jessica??? I even got to go back and stay with mom throughout the entire procedure! Dr.Sarna was amazing with my mom. She said she never felt any pain while he removed the teeth and he was done in less than 5 minutes! I want to give out a HUGE THANK YOU TO ALL INVOLVED in my moms care! You all are wonderful and made this such a pleasant experience! Thanks again!
