        The staff was nice enough, but the business definitely feels like they are only out to get your money. They appear to say you need expensive treatments that you don't really.

        Everyone was nice and friendly. As a new patient, the procedures and flow of the visit were explained as we went. Much different than my last dental experience. Location was easy to find as was parking. Billing was explained and options offered.

        I called to ask if they do denture repairs. Was told yes so I went there. When I got there, was told the lab was booked before Christmas. They rescheduled me (knowing I needed a repair). Got there for the appt and was told the lab person wouldn't be back till the second week of Jan. I went somewhere else that day. They did a temp fix on the spot and scheduled me for an appt next week for a perm fix.

        Staff is mostly friendly. I feel like a dollar sign rather than a person needing comfort and care. I feel like they give you the most expensive diagnosis regardless and recommendation regardless if you can afford it or truly need it
