Update after Home2 suites response: again they could have been talking to sponge bob on my phone. When I offered to have a credit card auth form faxed she told me no. They were just being difficult to be difficult. If Paris knew, she would be so disappointed in this location. The lady didn't know how to check in a business account. Although I told her and produced everything she needed she still couldn't figure it out. She told me although there was a card on file I would have to give her my personal card. Big NO on that. She then wanted to speak to someone that wasnt me. So I got my management team on the phone. She never asked who they were or their title. It could have been sponge bob. The lady at the desk was clearly just being difficult to be difficult. Or trying to steal my credit card. Then when I checked out a different lady tried the same thing. Then she tried to tell me she couldn't give me a printed receipt. I took Home2 Suites off my preferred hotel list. This week I'm staying at the Holiday Inn Express across the street. Checked in today with no problems.

Got back to hotel after lunch 355 pm Tried to walk to elevator but cleaning lady was turning cart around to put on elevator I went around cart to get to other elevator She sir sir SIRed me Thats my elevator! I was going other elevator. People then were getting off elevator I wanted to get on. She couldnt get cart on elevator so she just stood there blocking everyone Man comes to door by elevator and was knocking on door. She said use your key I have never experienced a ruder cleaning woman. I contacted Hilton they just gave me number to call on Monday this was weekend. This was my go to place in fort smith now my dont go to place.
