        Im a Hilton Diamond Rewards member, meaning I spend A LOT of time in Hilton properties. This property has a maintenance issue on the 4th floor that is clearly aware to the management team as well as any guest within 50 yards. The HVAC unit is screaming loud resonating a high pitch noise constantly through the hallway. It impacts at minimum a half dozen rooms and it seems they couldnt bother to take these rooms out of service. The better idea would be to fix the problem. I addressed it with the front desk, and the rep said let me see if the manager can do something for you. How about stop throwing rewards points and discounts at guests and you FIX YOUR PROPERTY, or take the rooms out of service?

We are so sorry to hear you were staying with us during the untimely demise of our brand new water circulation pump on the fourth floor. While it is an inconvenience, we did offer to move any guests within range of the offending machine while we expedited a replacement over the Easter weekend. We apologize for your troubled stay.
