They installed new turbines and when we got high winds we heard one the turbines and sounded as though the roof was going to fall in. We have called multiple times and get no response Services: Attic venting, Roof installation

Brandon is great to work with. His crew installed a new roof on our home this week. I first met him a couple years ago when he did a siding job for us. We were very satisfied with the results and I feel he was very competitively priced on both jobs. His crew worked hard really hard on the roof . were extremely polite, didnt blast a lot of loud music, and left the site as clean as it was when they started. All this in triple-digit heat! They (a crew of 4-5) started at 7am. But, with a surprise rain storm popping up in the forecast for the next morning they worked until almost 9pm to get all of the wood in the dry. They came back the next day and finished laying the shingles. It was definitely a long, hot day for them, but they remained very professional throughout. They left the site in great shape. A large trailer was parked in the driveway under the garage eave to catch all of the old shingles. They had laid out huge tarps on the ground all around the house and deck to catch small items that fell. Once done, they used a blower to blow down the new roof, gutters, and deck of any remaining debris. Great jobs guys! Very pleased with our new roof. Service: Roof installation

The lady that works in the office acts and talks like she doesnt want to be there. She informs you when the materials will be dropped off but they were dropped off earlier than she stated. I had to call multiple times to find out a date that my roof would be done and she could never give me one. I had materials in my front yard and on my roof for approximately a month. His crew broke a piece of guttering and I was told it would be fixed. Went over a month without it being fixed. Was told I needed to pay them the rest of what was owed and stated I wanted my piece of guttering fixed first. Claimed they had until I sent a picture of where it wasnt fixed. Still having issues with an area that leaks. Dont trust them to fix it quickly or properly. They come across nice and friendly until you have issues and then they become rude and threatening.
