Our car hit a huge pothole on Christmas Eve. We were stranded in a parking lot and in an unfamiliar area in Arkansas. He towed our Audi to the nearest Audi dealership in TULSA, OKLAHOMA. Roughly 2.5 hours away from where we were. Not only that, he drove us to the airport to pick up a rental, waited for us to put our stuff from our car to the rental AND let our pup ride with us. Taylors heavy duty towing saved the day on Christmas Eve. I damaged two tires while driving through Arkansas and Taylors towing towed my car all the way to Tulsa. They even went the extra mile and drove me to the local regional airport to get a rental car. Best service Ive ever received from a tow company.
