I'm adding a SIXTH Star on my own, to signal my appreciation for these folks. My experience with them has been extraordinary. I was DONE with ATT, and I ported my ATT number over to Verizon. ATT, Evil Empire that they are, made it difficult, even punitively so. Verizon and (local operators) Russell Cellular's company culture is positive and effective. I could not ask for a better experience or more caring people!

Sidnie was very kind and helpful. She had answers to all my questions and didnt get aggravated by them lol. She didn't try to rush me out and explained everything to make sure I understood. WAY better experience than I have had at other verizon places.
