10/10 Recommend Amy's Florist. I was able to get an arrangement already put together and delivered to my cousin for her 30th birthday in less than 20 minutes. Miss Judy was very sweet and very helpful. I also had no idea what the arrangement looked like, but when I got pictures it was beautiful. Thank you to Amy's florist for fast delivery and beautiful arrangements.

Our company is located in Tucson, Arizona, and one of our employees works remotely from Heber Springs. She recently celebrated her work anniversary, and we wanted to send her flowers. Searching on Google maps, I found two florists: Amy's and another one. I originally called the other one because they had really nice pictures of their arrangements on their website. I called them just a few minutes after they opened and got their voicemail. I left a message and waited for a call back. After a few hours I called back and again got their voicemail. I decided to call Amy's. I was a little nervous because their website doesn't have pictures of their work. But I was desperate and needed to order flowers. They picked up the phone after a ring or two. They were so incredibly nice and helpful! I gave them my budget and request of purple flowers, and they said they would take care of it. A few moments later they called to let me know my card declined the purchase. I had recently made some large purchases with the company card and didn't realize I had exceeded my spending limit. They were beyond patient while we got that sorted out. Our employee texted me this picture of the bouquet. It is more beautiful than I imagined! She says they are gorgeous in person. Thank you so much for the wonderful customer service and flowers. I don't know how often I will get a chance to order flowers for our employee, but I will only order them from you! Oh, and by the way, the other florist never called me back.
