Eric was thorough and efficient, he even came back out to check several things that were not accessible on the first day of inspection. His diligence was greatly appreciated and I feel the value I received from his services was well worth his fee.

We would like to thank Eric Hile of Integrity Pro Inspection for the thorough pre-sale inspection of our new home last year. The knowledge gained from this report helped us decide to purchase the home and revealed what needed to be addressed. The thoroughness of the inspection, which included detailed photo documentation, has helped us both before and after purchase to make any necessary improvements. His detailed inspection has been extremely helpful this year. Our home recently was damaged by a tornado. Eric was able to assess the damage based on a comparison to the inspection report of our home at the time of purchase. The ability to use the original home inspection report as a point of reference in conjunction with the current documentation has helped tremendously with insurance and repairs. I never realized how valuable a home inspection could be other than gaining knowledge at the time of purchase. Thank you so much.
