**Review qualifier** They charged me QUADRUPLE their normal nightly rate at a busy time: The housekeeper replaced the tissue box but didn't open it so I had to take it back out of the plastic holder. They rate limited WiFi downloads to 10Mbps, thankfully they had a wired port in the room. Half of my omelet was hot and the other was close to ice cold. One of the light fixtures in the exercise room was flashing and there wasn't anything useful to wipe off the machines, just a regular towel. There was a broken, taped up, window out by the pool. The card reader on the exterior door by the pool didn't work so if the little rug holding the door cracked open was moved out of the way you couldn't get in through that door. All but one of the lights in the room were cool white in temperature, maybe around 5000k (different people have different preferences and mine is for a more warmer light). The ice machine ran out of ice multiple times. There were small bits of paint splattered on various surfaces in the bathroom, like on the towel bar, gave me the impression of shoddy construction. **ALL** of that would have been just fine at their normal rate. Rooms: Cold white lights, ~5000K. Nearby activities: Within walking distance to the Sugarloaf mountain trail. Safety: The side entry door was propped open with a little square rug. Walkability: Right next door to a very tasty BBQ place. Food & drinks: Half warm half hot omelette. Noteworthy details: Shop around for better prices during busy times and holidays.

a little pricey but it was short notice. the shower head was nice. the breakfast was lovely. they had good juice and yogurt and omelettes. i didnt really talk to anyone. thanks.
