They start charging you before they even get to your home. They charged me an hour and a half for 45 minutes of work. They sent two plumbers when I only needed one to do the job. I paid with a card which raised my bill an additional 13+ dollars. When you call to inquire why your being charged almost 400.00 dollars for 45 minutes of work the older lady was rude and constantly talked over me and had an excuse for every complaint I had. I give them two stars only because the workers where friendly, and professional. It's a big money grab for them, so beware.

The men that came out to clean and light the hot heater were rude and lazy. They cleaned the hot water tank but didn't light it. I have used them several times but I will never use them again. One of the men said he was a master plumber and could work on the Geothermal hot water heater, this man knew nothing about plumbing. There is a key that is used to open the door but the " master plumber was afraid he would get shocked. Lol. Are you kidding me. The men were lazy and talked rudely about their wives. I was embarrassed by their conversation and there disrespect. Services: Water heater installation, Water tank repair
