The rude, haughty nature of the workers is appalling. The workers stand around and seem to make the jobs take as long as possible. Frequently they needlessly block roads with unused vehicles and without any warning sign.

I prefer to pay online or by telephone instead of paying cash. The service is less than desirable. Accusatory is how I describe the manager when I asked a valid question. I have never heard a kind word about her. A plumber from Searcy came to fix plumbing and he had to shut off the water. I told him the manager said, " I would be penalized for shutting off the water and billed." He said, "tell her to bill me, I am a plumber and this is what we do. He said, " oh, are you talking about the manager?" And then he said, " I have never heard a nice word said about her. And I am sorry to say, I have not either." Very sad.

My water bill went from around $60.00 a month to $102.00 a month. Water usage is the same, the sewage went from $11.00 a month to $47.00 a month. Ive never had a water bill this high ever.
