        I created an online order for my Aunts Memorial Program using Canva and found out that I had completely screwed it up. Victoria P at this FedEx Print Center called me about the issues with it, listened to how much I needed this and how soon, and corrected the design for me and got it printed. Every business needs a Victoria P who helps customers like she helped me.

        This facility is the WORST. 4 packages in 4 months that were damaged because of careless FedEx employees. The last package was a 12 pack of drink glass bottles full of soda. The package made it from TN to THIS facility in Hot Springs, AR. The bottles were broken at this facility (per tracking notes) and instead of returning the package to Walmart (initial shipper), FEDEX opened the shipping box, opened the product box, dumped ALL the broken glass of 8 bottles plus the 4 intact bottles into another box and shipped it to me anyway!!! Unbelievably idiotic move. This was the last straw with FedEx. I will never use FedEX for my shipping needs ever again. Cheap @$$ company. They need to "promote" half of their staff to customers and start fresh.
