        The service and politeness from the owners was outstanding!!They fixed my vehicle's a/c in less than a day.Very friendly and kept me up to date untill it was fixed!They just got a new customer!!Keep up the good work!

        This company did my daughter wrong my daughter brought her car in and they said it'll be around $300 to fix it then the next day they said it'll be 685 my daughter told them she ain't going to have the full amount for at least a week and they said it was okay for her to leave it there and then hours later and told her they're going to charge her four have her car there$50 a day

        I highly recommend Mid-South Auto Service for all your automotive needs; oil changes, diagnostics, belt replacement, engine repair/rebuild, exhaust issues catalytic converter replacement and ECU replacement. They are very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

        Owner commented on my post still doesent explain why they decided to not put my oil dipstick or flywheel cover on also never needed a flywheel replacement it runs just fine today. Also the old distributor is perfectly good according to every person that has worked on it because we reinstalled the old one after fixing things. Instead u kept not fixing the main issue running up charges for jack squat being done. Just scroll down and look at the dodge burning on fire because the owner and his employees are incompetent Took my 89 firebird there. I'm now missing an oil dipstick and a flywheel cover they never could find it or figure out what they did with it. They sat there wasted my money just to tell me somthing we were already pretty sure about and just wanted diagnostics on but instead they wanted to run up my wallet. Never ever come here unless u want to be ripped off and never have it made right if u want pictures or details contact me on Google

      That’s 100 percent not true!!! She approved the job… at no point said she would not have the funds to fix it.! We fixed her car told it was ready… At that point she said she couldn’t afford it…. Wanted to pay half come pick the car up then bring rest of money a week later… we told her we cannot release a car until it is paid in full and needed payment once job is complete which was on the 20th….. we gave her two days called back to see what was going on she informed it would be end of next week before she could pay..we said that would be fine but I’m going to have to charge an extra 50.00 for the storage and it being a week and a half later after car was fixed….. I would out the money on parts and the labor that I had to pay my mechanic on for a week and a half at that point….. I wish I was in a position to just sit on 600 dollars every week but sadly I am not I have 3 mouths to feed at home and everyone standing around with their hands out wanting money….. next time just let us know when we call to give a quote you need a week to pay for it and I would have pushed it out and out moved to another car and we would have fixed it next week …. Was miscommunication between you and your daughter I do believe…. Would love for you to give me a call Monday so we could discuss this matter. I pride myself in treating everyone fairly and to the best of our ability and I feel like this review is unfair and that a phone call should have been granted to me first !!!

      We worked on your car in August of 2020…. I havnt heard from you in two years…. We replaced your distributor that you supplied and fixed a broken piece in your steering column for 150.00 for all that…. Most places charge more then 150 to fix the steering column… so was never trying to take an advantage of anyone… I believe we told you that you needed a flywheel…. Gave you an estimate on that and you didn’t wanna do at the time….. I can promise you we havnt been in business for 40 years ripping people off or running up bills… I’ve actually never done anything you’ve accused us of.. maybe your car didn’t come in with a dipstick or a cover why in the world would we want to keep those.? And also why would you wait 3 years for a review and have never called to discuss this issue I’m sorry if you have an issue… but I’m assuming you’re talking about another shop.
