A/c unit stopped working on the weekend and Williams was the only place we could get someone out that day to come take a look. Our technician was very kind and got the job done that day and that is the only reason we aren’t giving this review 1 star. We were told the total cost would be about $900 and that was due to the repairs being done after business hours. We agreed because we have 4 young children and couldn’t leave them without air conditioning in the middle of summer. A couple weeks later we receive the bill in the mail and it is $1,600. I understand that the cost could have been a little higher because he said about but $700 higher is no where close.

Williams Mechanical Services is number one in my book! It was an absolute Blessing working with them! I would highly recommend them. They wholeheartedly care about what they do and their customers. They are very professional, kind, understanding, reliable and genuine. Hands down the best at what they do. If you need the job done call them!

Service manager had us scheduled same day for a look see, ordered a part, and repaired next day. Always stayed in contact with updates and progress. Techs were on time and trouble shot everything - not just the first issue they found. Price was fair too. Pleased to recommend.

The service was fantastic and completed in one day. The price was very competitive and way lower but high quality. I would recommend this company strongly.
