        The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is that's as high as it goes. Where do I start? Adam and Kim worked magic I didn't even know was possible. They got us settled in well despite Bootheel weather and some equipment hiccups; they really made us feel valued and proved it with every conversation we had.

        If I could give a zero stars, I WOULD!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! Seth is the most horrible salesman! He lies, talks to you like you are garbage and likes to belittle you.. once they get their money they just don't care!! I was told it would take 12 to 13 weeks... I'm going on over 30 weeks and I still don't have my fully paid for home and they keep making excuses!! So much has happened in these 30 weeks that I don't know where to start but to say... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEYWITH CLAYTONS IN JONESBORO!!!

      Hi Katie, thank you for reaching out. We are sorry to hear of the frustration regarding your home build. We want to advise that once your home is delivered to your property, it can take anywhere from 8-12 weeks, sometimes less or more, for everything to be completed. We also do not guarantee move in dates as stated on the contract signed due to the fact that we do have to work with independent contractors that are not employed by Clayton in order to get certain aspects of the project completed. We are at the mercy of weather and contractors in this construction process, just like any construction project. We understand the frustration and apologize if these expectations were not set with you upon purchasing the home.
