Ive been using Jackson and Hewitt for years, never an issue. I made a 12 appointment. I get there and she said there was a mix up and a lady was here that claimed she had an 1130 appointment she helped her first. At this point it was 1215. I said what time should I come back. She said 1was fine I came back at 115 . She said sit in the lobby she was almost done with the 1130, I sat there and listen to them do some taxes stuff but also socialize about there personal lifes. I waited in the lobby till just about 200 . Some random lady walks in and starts asking questions and blurting out how great this place is and rants for a hot minute. Im still waiting, finally I leave. Long story short I waited two hours to do my taxes and didnt even get to do them. I also didnt feel safe doing them here because the tax lady and person doing there taxes were so loud I easily could have stole that ladies personal info. So I would highly recommend any other Jackson Hewitt.
