        Driver was excellent and very helpful. Customer representative at shipping hub was also very nice !!

        Very bad experience. Everyone I spoke with had a different procedure and no one was on the same page. Ended up have to drive to Jonesboro to get my freight and then they were trying to charge me an additional 92 bucks. That will be the last money they see from me. Dont chose this carrier. Ive been around LTL most of my life and this company is a mess.
