        Took my compressor in to get a belt tighten and oil drained. They said they were a month out. If we paid 60.00 we could get to the front of the line. Picked up my compressor no cover on it. Tech was in hurry to leave cause it was Friday. Something isn't right about paying to go in the front of the line . Will call corporate monday morning

        4 weeks for repair. Tech had not even looked at the product. Was told the machine was 2 weeks out originally to have fixed. 4 weeks out they haven't even looked at it. They stated it would be looked at today and parts ordered. They stated originally that's what the delay in time would be to fix it. So I asked are we looking at another 3 weeks? He stated no, probably another week or 2. They need to hire more techs if they can't handle the volume. And the excuse of being closed for bad weather does not constitute the original issue.
