recently moved here but already knowing I will not be renewing my lease upstairs neighbors walk so hard you would think they weigh 600 lbs. downstairs neighbors constantly arguing. neighbors also dont take out their trash, theyll leave it outside for days or drop things without picking it up leaving the outside not looking well. hard to get in touch with maintenance. the apartment itself on the inside is decent and the location is nice but i dont think its worth it.

I lived here for a year, but there was a leak in my guest bathroom for 6months while I was there causing mold to grow in my ceiling. I put in multiple maintenance requests throughout this time, and the most they ever did was spray paint over the leak that clearly had mold growing right above my daughters bathtub 3-4 weeks before I moved out. My closet even flooded at one point because my upstairs neighbor had no caulking in their showers and their water heater flooded. Chance was the maintenance guy there at the time, and he was amazing. Always kind, always helpful. He was really the only good thing about this place. But while I had mold in my guest bath, I didnt want to pay rent, because clearly the complex wasnt keeping their and of the bargain. But I was forced to pay rent the last 5 months I lived there while there was MOLD in my guest bath, because they were threatening to evict me. I refused to pay my last months rent, then they had the audacity to send debt collectors to call me asking for that rent. Since moving out Ive tried calling to get my money back for those months of rent, but I get no response. I did talk to who I think is still the current manager a few months ago, and she responded with well, we have Attorneys too, and youre talking about mold which is serious, so well have to have some testing done. She just got very defensive, super rude, didnt want to offer to help in anyway. She didnt even ask where the mold was, so at first she was going to act like there was none because she couldnt find it. I had to call back and tell her assistant where the mold was. That was in October. Its January. Did that test come back yet, or? Because I can tell youve called off the debt collectors for some reason or another. This is what it all looked like when I moved out. There was still water leaking through whatever they tried to put on the ceiling to cover the mold, but they didnt come try and fix it until the very last month I lived there. Also the water heater didnt seem up to code either. Please dont live here, not worth your time or money and youll probably lose things while living here if you have to deal with flooding like I did. Posting this so hopefully theyll see it and refund me for those 5 months of rent !

The upkeep of the facility is really lacking. There's always garbage laying around and the gym never looks clean. You can't pay rent at the office. You can only pay online or at a pay center like CVS or Walmart. The location and distance to the shopping centers is good....
