Chase Bank

We drove up from hot springs and got there at 11:25am on a Saturday but everyone was leaving and they closed the store. We weren't able to get in contact with anyone on the phone and we've been struggling to get the proper information and help in getting my money from an account I closed with them two months ago. This is very frustrating. I verified on multiple different platforms including the chase locate website to make sure we came at a time they were open because it's a trip for us and we don't have very much free time to make the drive.

I wanted to open a bank account today at Chase Bank but after my visit and the unprofessional and under staff and rude service made me not want to do business with them

I think they are the best branch and the best staff, they are very professional and nice

Trash. Called this branch a half dozen times . They can't be bothered to answer
