Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Did not have my reservation and did not try to reach out. Learned once I landed. Do not book here

You book a car 2 weeks in advance and get there and they do not have your car and can't work out how to call you let alone shoot you an email and give you a heads up. Staff seriously have no clue...sorry Enterprise but now myself and my company move to Budget.

If you end up in a car accident and need to get a rental, DON'T go through Enterprise! They will run your debit card as a credit card, tell you that you owe one amount and then charge you a different amount if your luck is as good as mine! They messed up my billing TWICE and caused two different overdraft fees at different times, that I then had to go to the bank to correct. I went back and forth trying to communicate with them and get it cleared up for two and a half months; Marlin (the customer service rep who messed up the billing) even offered to pay for the mistake himself, but I guess he changed his mind about doing the morally correct thing once it was time to send the money. So I'm still out $35 and they wasted countless hours of my time. I will never rent a car for Enterprise again!!!

Horrible. If you look at my other Google reviews, you will see they are all 5 star. This is my only bad review. It has been a nightmare dealing with Enterprise. I reserved my vehicle 2 weeks in advance coordinating with my body shop for repairs. The morning of my reservation they left a messge that my car would not be ready at 9:30 am as reserved. Two hours later, at 11:30am, I called and inquired about when my car RESERVED FOR TWO WEEKS would be ready. They had no idea. I called every 3 hours until 4:00. They close at 5:00, still no vehicle. After complaining that I had reserved this 2 weeks prior, a manager finally hooked me up with a monster truck. Now the monster truck has a warning sign, "Oil Must Be Changed." Can I reach them by phone to arrange for a vehicle exchange? NO, I CANNOT. I have been put on automatic hold repeatedly for 20 minutes and then automatically disconnected. I am on third attempt. Complete nightmare!!! After waiting on hold for 28 MINUTES for the third time, the agent tells me they will let me know when they will have a vehicle available to exchange after I've explained I have to make a 640 mile trip tomorrow. All 5 cars scheduled for return today are already reserved by other customers. Agent suggests I call other locations, which I have already attempted. After I ask if Enterprise is okay with me burning out the engine on this trip, she says I can go get the oil changed myself, like I don't have a full time job, and they will pay for it. No "let us find you a car at another location" or "we'll get one from the airport" or "we'll find one for you in Dallas". No, agent just hung up on me. Why, because Enterprise is a horrible company both severly understaffed and under inventoried.
