        Unprofessional staff and left grease all over the outside of the hood

        Have had these folks out to clean the vent at my restaurant a few times. The only reason I give 2 stars is because they DID get the vent CLEAN. Otherwise these people do not respect other people's property nor time. They scheduled me for Easter Sunday knowing that they didn't work on Easter, did not call to let me know that they were not coming. Their garbage could be found on tables and counters. They took drinks without permission (which I held $ out of payment for their last visit). They have stood on my stove and broken a burner grate. (I also held the cost of the replacement out of last payment) contacted the company concerning this they had a very flippant response. They would pay for it but tried to say they didn't do it. I then bought a surveillance camera. I have requested over a month ago for them to return my key which they had no response. I will be getting a different company next time.
