        Milanoss Italian Restaurant impressed me on my first visit. The service was friendly, and the charming atmosphere made it a pleasant experience. The eggplant Parmesan was delightful. Even dining solo, Milano's offers an inviting experience worth revisiting. Plus, the total bill came out to less than $30, which was a pleasant surprise.

        We went for lunch but quickly decided this would be our new date night location! Charming atmosphere, excellent service, and the meal was glorious! We were there with our toddler so we didn't order any wine, but they had an impressive selection. We can't wait to return! Kid-friendliness: Very accommodating.

        We are from out of town so this was our first time visiting. We got the cheesy garlic bread and mozzarella stick for an appetizer. Both items were good. We didn't realize the meals came with rolls which were great too. Our food tasted amazing! The portions were perfect and just delicious. Service was great as well. We will definitely be back next time we visit Little Rock!!

      In 2009, while living New York City, My family’s journey into the restaurant business and passion for Italian cuisine was ignited and we made Milano’s Italian Grill in Little Rock. We believe in only serving authentic Italian cuisine at affordable prices. We do this by making all of our own sauces, breads, baked pastas and specialty dishes from scratch. We have grown to love our community in Little Rock and value the relationships we have built with our guests. We would like to invite you to come see us for the best Italian food in Little Rock.
