Fine dining and the food and service did not disappoint. Everything was delicious. The atmosphere was classy and comfortable. Took off 1-star for atmosphere as they suddenly turned up the lights and started vacuuming our section while we were seated. Realized it was closing time but would have preferred if someone gave us advanced notice so we could leave the table before they started their end of night routine. Otherwise an enjoyable experience.

Amazing food, beef tips and the duck were so good that we went back the next day for the mahi mahi and lobster. Will be going back before we leave!

Fried calamari is a no. Its fried in cornmeal and was not crispy at all. Wedge was good, fries were also not done enough. Our server was great, it was difficult to enjoy the outdoor seating due to the amount of homeless people approaching us.

TLDR: Great service, wontons, steak, and cheesecake highlights, will be going again in the future for sure. Cache was a wonderful dining experience over all, I often am hesitant on "fine dining" restaurants because it is hit or miss on how good it is. With Cache however, you really do pay for the quality of not just the meal but the atmosphere and service. The candied bacon while sweet, was just the right amount of thickness to offset, making it not too crunchy or syrupy. The tuna wontons were also a VERY pleasant surprise, I'm not a person who likes either wasabi nor jalapenos' normally, but the taste all together was both slightly sweet, creamy, and freshly bright with the garnishes! The New York strip was cooked to a perfect medium rare and cut through like butter, while the shrimp on top was flavored well with the butter on top. It all had a very nice mouth feel, not too tough or springy, while tasting amazingly. I was not a huge fan of the brussels sprouts but I had never tried them before so that wasn't a surprise, however someone else at my table finished them off for me even after commenting how full they were but they couldn't resist as they tasted so good. The baked potato was very classic, with lots of sour cream/cheese/bacon/scallions to top it off and paired well with the steak. Last but certainly not least, my partner and I both got different deserts to try, the cheesecake and the chocolate cake with ice cream. I am not usually a chocolate person, in fact, chocolate is kind my last on the very short list of deserts I enjoy, right next to ice cream. That being said, the ice cream reminded me more of a classic homemade vanilla flavor, mixing with the super moist and airy chocolate cake with the ganache glaze was absolutely heavenly. The cheesecake was so sweet, smooth, and creamy, a true baked cheesecake with whipped cream and fresh raspberries. I can say with certainty that they were both the best cheesecake and chocolate cake I've had in my life. I was honestly shocked that they were so cheap at $10 a piece, and it was kind of sad to have not thought of getting some to go for later. Throughout our servers were very attentive, always topping off our glasses when they were empty, and answered any and all questions we had with ease and pleasant demeanor. I left both satisfied and extremely full. I definitely intend to come back here again in the future, especially for those desserts! If you're looking for any sort of restaurant to celebrate, as a treat, or just want to have some very good food, definitely give cache a chance. Parking: I recommend using the valet, drive in between Cache and Stickyz, and they'll be waiting for you. They take your keys and give you a ticket for you to redeem when you leave the restaurant, it was super easy!
