        Did not have a working vehicle to fit my reservation. They looked to see if there was one available nearby and told me there were not any available. I called U-haul from the parking lot and had the same truck reserved 7 minutes after my original reservation time. I lost a few valuable hours due to this locations lack of communication. Save yourself the hassle and do not give this place your business.

        This location was horrible. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and GHETTO. The lady even yelled and told us to get out of her store. After we left, one of the male workers followed us outside and stared us down, almost in a threatening way. We left there and got EXCELLENT service at the Kanis Rd. location.

        Does not allow for reservations with debit cards. Only U-Haul that does this. Poor customer service and rude manager and reception staff. Please avoid this U-Haul.
