My car was impounded off the freeway and was picked up by Jhook towing, I gave them zero stars not because they towed my car but how I was treated by their staff. They are pretty rude and gave me an extremely hard time. Anyways, I called East End Towing to come there and take my car to my house. I want to thank Scott for being so nice because Jhook was also rude to him, but he was able to get my car loaded and took got my car home safely. He went above and beyond, I recommend him anytime.

I ran into a pot hole on a dark back road in my new used Chrysler SUV. My front end shock broke and I needed a tow -to my job. Robert Brown was at my service location within minutes and was friendly, smiling, and took Great Care with my vehicle. I had to get towed 4 days later from my job to the shop and again East End Towing was there within minutes. Ronald Crawford Another friendly, smiling face with such care to my vehicle had me loaded up and to the shop. Their service was so expedient, careful and friendly that I recently obtained my CLP A and am interested in a job there so I can be a smiling ,friendly face ,and expedient to help others in their time of need. Kaitlynn, is their dispatcher and was extremely sweet over the phone and has directed me on how to write this review and fill out an application for employment So cross your fingers and your toes.
