My son called & had an appointment for them to come fix his hot water heater. He was working so we went & waited. The set time was 3pm. By 4 nothing not a call or text. Called my son got the name & looked up #. I called & was told they would be there. Gave her my # & was told shed call them & then call me back to let me know. I waited till 5pm & called back. Guess what? They were closed! Then for 2 days I'd call & get only answering machine. Then my son was told Fri at 8:30am we couldn't be there had doc appointment in Little Rock. So my son had to take off work to be there. But he said they was the same ppl that fixed his kitchen sink. I looked & seen they had cut a huge place out in the wall to fix it but didn't fix the wall back! Sad when a COMPANY is like this. They didn't even try to fix it! Now he has trouble with mice coming in. After all this they still had the nerve to charge him for the service call! I will be looking into others for him to use when needed!
