After my 1st week using my BIPAP w/a nasal cannula, l discovered that l had made a mistake & was able to contact Krystal in Benton who made me an appointment the next day @ 11:30am! When we arrived at the office, Christy brought us in and asked what did l need to make my BIPAP more comfortable to use! She brought out several types of masks, explaining the pros & cons of each & letting me pick out the ones l wanted to try on. She took the time to let me try them on , helping me adjust each one to make sure that they fit my face w/out leaks! I chose the full face model & she explained in detail how to adjust & clean it. Christy explained how the ResMed app would record my nightly stats on how l was using it. She was very helpful in explaining how contact their office for any ?s, problems, need for supplies, etc. Krystal & Christy are generous, warm, friendly employees that make doing business with them a pleasure! My tech, Rami, was very friendly yet professional in his detailed explanation of the use of my BIPAP machine. He combined humor with personal experiences in using his CPAP machine & was very encouraging abt the use of my machine. A very good asset for his profession!
