Ultra Clean of Arkansas Inc. (The Boys in Blue)

A trustworthy company with excellent customer service. I had an area rug cleaned (their rates are highly competitive) and when it was ready for delivery, the cost I was given was more than quoted so I assumed the rug was more difficult to clean than expected. When it was delivered the driver explained that they'd looked at the wrong invoice when I called and they credited my account, and brought me a written receipt to prove it. I highly recommend this company, I know we'll use them again.

After a major water line break in our house, these guys showed up... on time, above and beyond! They pulled 4 rooms of saturated carpet, hauled area rugs to be cleaned and dried, ran fans to dry the flooring, and cleaned up all the flood-related mess. I had called on them before for carpet cleaning, but this was so much more.

Extremely disappointed with "The Boys in Blue." I guess I should have asked more questions before assuming ALL of the carpets in the bedrooms would be cleaned. Not a single piece of furniture was moved to do the job thoroughly. Only the open space, high traffic areas were cleaned. They were there approximately 15 minutes and charged me $140. After letting the carpet dry for a few days, the carpet looked as dirty as it was, starting out. Several areas that had very visible stains, are still there. Very disappointed in this company. I do not recommend them at all. However the workers were on time and friendly. Service: General carpet cleaning
