Poor customer service - very disappointed.

Terrible customer service ! We ordered flowers from Ballards Flowers in Paragould for my aunts funeral. These were the flowers that were received for $86. We have called numerous times and a manager refuses to call us back. We were ashamed of the arrangement and Ballards should be as well.

Ordered artificial flowers for my aunt's funeral 2 days before the funeral. Flowers didn't arrive until an hour before the funeral after the visitation had started. Very unprofessional especially since when we ordered the flowers they repeataly stated "We will take good care of you". I had to spend valuable family time chasing down flowers.

Tux rental was reasonable, but poorly measured, and we had to swap out for larger pants. Corsage and boutonnire were expensive and, while pretty, not what we ordered. I ordered purple and black, but I got white with a couple of purple flowers and black accents. Within 2 hours, the purple flowers used were already wilting. They do pretty work, but only use if you do not have specific requirements or tastes.

Ordered the Treasured Lilly Spray for my grandmothers funeral through a third party called The Flower Cart and the order received was nothing as pictured on the site. There was not one Lilly on it nor any of the other flowers pictured and it wasnt filled with flowers as shown in the pictures on the site. I understand if certain flowers are out of season but you can substitute with other beautiful colorful flowers. The order received was nowhere near what I had paid. Very upsetting.
