A place nobody need to stay the manager is garbage the place is garbage mildew in the apartments pipes busted in the wall no on call maintenance if some happens you have to fix it yourself and still pay rent the worst place to stay you dt ever see no one in the office at all definitely dont rent this place..

We are licensed contractors who did a flooring job for Sarah the property manager more than a month ago and we still havent received the check. She doesnt answered our calls or texts. We have been up to her office and has us waiting and then doesnt show up and doesnt even have the decency to say she is not coming back to the office. Waste the whole day waiting on her. I show up without announcing bc again she never answers calls or texts. So I guess we will see her iN court.
Be careful contractors!
