        Nice enough folks to deal with. My (dry van) trailer got rejected for cotton fibers embedded in the floorboards (wooden floors) and cotton seeds stuck in the cracks between the floor boards and the side rails. They werent rude about it, and were almost apologetic when informing me. I was hoping it wouldnt have happened but I was half expecting it to. It wasnt their fault so there wasnt any sense in me yelling about it or giving them a low rating because of it. Now, if they had been rude or otherwise not nice about the whole transaction, that would have been a different story. All in all, just want to thank the folks at ARR for their hospitality and customer service, even though they had to send me away without a load.

        Dont show up without a washout ticket from the same day u are loading here !! Even though ur loading same exact thing u had in trailer before . Their closed for lunch from 12:00 pm til they decide to get back .
