This place is a joke. I never received my first bill. They won't answer the phone, ever. Called at 4:25 and a recording said they closed at 4:50. Hour long hold just trying to get someone to send my bill. Still no answer. I guess they don't want my money. Impossible to get a hold of.

My garbage has not been picked up since December 13, 2023. I have had an obstruction moved and talked with multiple people; human, A.I., and chatted online, listened to a baby crying in the background of a worker who works from home and YET!! MY GARBAGE HAS NOT BEEN PICKED UP. HOW LONG MUST I WAIT?

They claimed they "serviced" me by driving past my container because the lid has been blown open by big rigs driving by at 60 mph.
Once in 3 weeks my trash was actually picked up, and littered about the highway!
They should be whipped for their blatant misuse of the word "service".
