Not recommended. The staff was nice and helpful, the cleaning crew is awesome but the maintenance crew needs serious help. We chose this location because it was affordable, had a pool and gym and was close to the highway. The pool was close for Reno as well as the gym which was not on the website or any notice before we checked in. Our first room had some questionable stains and was under a basketball court during the NBA finals, at least that was our experience all night long. Zero sleep to be had that night. They moved us to the second floor for our second night. Our room was not in good repair as seen in the attached photos. The bathroom door was falling apart and could not close, the towel rack was barely hanging on the wall and the shower curtain rod was hanging by a thread. While the NBA took a rest for the night the lovely aroma of cigarette smoke and pot leaking in from the other rooms was stomach churning. But the upside was we were so tired from the previous day that we could have slept next to a paint mixer. The advertised breakfast was cereal and milk served in a closet. Yay! No discount for the lost amenities. So if you ever wanted to know what back packing through Bosnia is like stay here.
