We've used them now for at least eight years. My child loves the people here from front to back office. Every visit from day one they've made her feel special. However, this last visit my child wasn't sure about. Since they've made a few changess; such as, going back with an assistant by herself while mom stayed out in the waiting area. But, she was a brave Big, little girl and came out with an exceptional review of her own. She loved it. Ms. Cheyennea made her feel calm and safe by talking and telling her everything that she was doing before doing it and asked questions that made her feel to be a part of the process and involved from cleaning to X-raying. I was impressed, yet again! Thank you all for providing a very calming, caring, clean, excellent, friendly, fun, happy, upbeat atmosphere!! Which gives a great experience, for my Princess, in return.
