Penske Truck Rental

I had the worst telephone experience with the woman at the Pine Bluff location. I tried to resolve a matter I was responsible for. We spoke twice, and she hung up in my face both times, so unprofessional. Dale's camping supply/Penske rep, or not. She repeatedly spoke over me, she repeatedly interrupted me, without allowing me to explain, and she had the worst attitude without explanation. I am intending to right a wrong, and after telling me what she couldn't do, she FINALLY gave me the information I needed in the rudest way. They are the only Penske in the area, but they are not the only truck company. I would rather deal with your competitors, than allow that kind of behavior to dictate my experience. I gave a 2 because she wasn't always this disdainful and the overall experience was positive. However, when I booked my first truck, I got the run around for locations and none of them are close together. I would love to do business with Penske again, but maybe not at this location.
