I waited an hour to take a drug test. Unprofessional and the receptionist was talking about patient hippa in earshot. She refused her service because she was homeless. That lady has a mother who loves her. Very rude and I made it known how unprofessional they were. I made it home. They kept my driver license. I had to drive all the way back up there and they didnt have it. When I said I was calling the cops. A. Skinny white nurse with blonde hair mysteriously found my ID. Rude and disrespectful! It is also a felony to take someone Identification. I made a police report.

This facility is AWESOME. The online appointments, the receptionist, the nursing staff, the doctor, the care, concern and follow up call/text, let's me know they care. I am a patient that likes for the nurses and doctors to listen to me and not brush me off, this facility is 100% on point. I have recommended family and friends.
