Had my mountain bike get The Works package done to it and one road trip around pea ridge military park and the shifter is already out of sync by a while gear! Not to mention the forks were not aligned with the front wheel!

I feel like every time I convince myself to give Phat Tire another chance, I end up with a bad experience. This latest time, I took my bike in to have a new linkage bolt put in and to do some minor maintenance on my dropper post. After picking up the bike, I went straight to Lake Atalanta and the first time I touched my shifter, it falls off. Prior to taking the bike in, I hadnt noticed any signs the shifter was getting weak and may need attention soon. Its would also be a very odd coincidence that it falls off immediately the first time I touch it, minutes after picking it up from the shop. So now Im stuck driving another 25 minutes away and paying for a new shifter that all evidence suggests was broken by Phat Tire to begin with. To top it off, the guy behind the counter at the Bentonville Phat Tire acted like he was annoyed that I was speaking to him. All in all, another very disappointing experience.

Excellent shopping experience at Phat Tire in Rogers. The personnel greeted me upon arrival, stopped what they were doing to help me find the new bike tires I needed, and made it a fast and friendly process.
