        I used this company 10 years ago for carpet throughout the house-awesome job. I used them again this year for the luxury vinyl for a few rooms and everything was great until i found out they was short 2 boxes. Apparently the sales rep didnt measure it right. No one knew when the product was coming in so i`m stuck with looking at a concrete floor in the dining room. I called for an estimate last week to get the kitchen done at the same time they would be here to finish what they left. Finally got a call today with No apologies, discounts or anything. 1100.00 to do a 11X12. I`ll never use them again! Tulsa, Ok
