        I met Bill McCain in 2010. His agency is not run to the quality standards set by Farmers Ins. I switched to another agent in Springdale, AR by the name of Greg Collier. Mr. McCain and his assistant Tammy do not return phone calls, do not perform quarterly customer account reviews to be sure all discounts are met and he does not offer any assistance with claims; even though I was his client.
