Fox Creek Apartments

Bad place to live. They office lady Lisa is still cash. I had my receipt showing I was currently and paid above scheduled payments. She fabricated a who about me owe them 600 bucks with no proof. Cash invoices are incorrect. A they went in my apartment stole a my tv and decorations by the couch. Call an try to confront her about she hong up in my face. O and they took the juice out the fridge too. A they just straight up come in your place no knock or notice. Place need to be shut down or have a new manager. Dont Move There is my best advice. Im about to place a law suit at this point

So y'all got those kids hopes up about getting off the street with their baby; even told them to have the deposit brought by to secure a specific apartment that you told them was available knowing their rent and utilities would be paid for two years by Mission Texarkana/Doorways Program, then shut them out because of a lack of rental history (which had already been discussed between you and I as well as their case worker). That's a lot of miscommunication between the office personnel or Downright lying on your part just to get an application fee. Praying that you repent of your hardness of heart or that God deals with you in the same manner that you delt with those kids. Shame on You!

I am honored and give gratitude to Management of fox Creek apartments. My husband passed away Oct 12 Mrs Lisa Lewis, Ms Deb and The Property owner Mr. John Ryden are God sent. This time has been very challenging for me. I don't know what the other reviews are so bitter about but I don't see it that way. My personal experience with these individuals has been a great blessing. I am giving gratitude and I am grateful that I have these people in my life. We have to be responsible adults and pay the cost to be able to live comfortably and they provide that. They are not RUDE!!!!!!! They are business people and others take it personal. It's just business. I am satisfied with Fox creek apartments and if you are approved for a unit you will have rules to maintain. They work hard also and have their own personal issues but they continue to persevere to make Fox creek apartments a much better environment for the community. Current resident -Jessica Amen-Ra
