Mark and his staff have taken care of my family's insurance needs since we moved to Texarkana 20 years ago. They have taken care of auto/home/and life insurance for us. What truly sets them apart is the incredible service they provide. As our needs have changed over the years, they made sure we were well protected in case we ever needed to file a claim. When we have had to file, Mark and his staff have answered any questions and gone out of their way to make a bad situation easy and stress free. They truly are a wonderful insurance team, but they are even better people, who care about their clients and community.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. After a recent accident Mr. Oubre went above and beyond to to help. He made calls to the towing company, the body shop, and myself, advocating for me the whole way. Everything about this stressful process has been made easier by Mr. Oubre and his team
