I took my sister's car in for an oil change.... technicians broke something associated with the coolant reservoir... told me it wasn't leaking( lies, fluid was rapidly coming out) and where to take it to get it fixed and they would pay the bill.... I took it where they told me to take it but when I got there, Walmart hadn't called ahead like they said they would and they wouldn't answer the phone in Automotive or at the Service Desk... my sister and I returned to Walmart to file a claim because of the amount of damage that was done.... I was unaware that my sister had used this Automotive center before and that they had broken something that time too... I will continue to buy groceries, paper towels, and thangs from Walmart, ya know... but they've lost my trust in the Automotive Center.

Be careful when getting your oil changed if you own a Subaru. They accidentally drained my transmission fluid rather than my oil. They did give me a gift card and some cash to help with transportation costs until they could correct their mistake.
